The CCAPP CE Hub app ("the app") is operated by the CCAPP Education Institute, part of the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals (CCAPP), 2400 Marconi Ave Ste C, Sacramento, CA 95821.
Information we collect
The app itself does not collect, store, or transmit personal information. Your course selections and CE progress tracked in the app are stored only in your device's memory for the current session and are not sent to our servers.
Courses on the Counselor CE Hub
When you open a course, the app takes you to the Counselor Magazine CE Hub (counselorcehub.com), where you may log in or create an account. Information you provide there — such as your name, email address, license or certification details, course enrollments, completions, and payment records — is processed under the Counselor CE Hub's own terms and privacy practices, in order to provide CE courses, issue certificates, and verify CE hours with certification boards where you authorize it.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information collected through the CE Hub platform is shared only with service providers who operate the platform, and with certification boards at your direction.
Children's privacy
The app is intended for adult addiction and behavioral health professionals and is not directed at children under 13.

To access or delete information associated with your CE Hub account, or for any privacy questions, contact CCAPP at 833-819-5015 (option 5) or through ccapp.us/contact-us.
